We develop projects together with our customers. In many cases, we do so from the initial idea, for which a business model then has to be developed. No business model and no business plan means no financing. And this is where our work begins with market analyses, feasibility studies, financing models and partners for the financing of projects. We develop projects from scratch and involve all the partners that are important to our customers - from supplier to buyer. And we win them all over to the same objective. This is how we ensure the profitability of a project.

Project management, the step-by-step implementation of projects, forms the main part of our work: engineering  services for the planning of a plant, delivered by us or our partners; components which we source from appropriate established manufacturers; systems and components which we integrate to form complete plants; construction and installation services, for which we turn to local partners as much as possible, partners whom we often support through instruction and training.
