Machines frame, back doors and all external mechanisms are built in Stainless Steel AISI 304 & AISI 316 as our Quality Standard. The electrical parts are made of well-known components and the PLC is from the trademark OMRON as Standard (also possible to install other brands as Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc, under request).

 

All these features make them the most reliable machines in the market.

• Reel shaft at front position reducing the total machine space.
  Our film reel is placed on an expandable shaft controlled from the touch screen.
• Compensating rollers for film unwinding. This means that the film is unwinded in a regular, soft way, thanks to these compensating rollers, and at the same time, the film pulling is commanded by SERVO rollers (rollers operated by Servo-motor).
• Full colour touch screen, installed so that you can see it from any part of the machine, including the rear part.
• When the machine starts, a sound alarm or buzzer is on, in order to warn everybody that the machine is starting to run.
• Vertical sealing jaws open and close in a parallel movement which ensures the same pressure, same temperature and same sealing time all along the sealed area. This is particularly important when packing liquid products to guarantee no leakages at all.
• Both the vertical sealing jaws and the scissors are motorized, which allows their adjustment with no need to stop the machine.
• Pressure regulation placed at front side. This really facilitates the Operator’s work, which was a very important point for Effytec when designing.
• Scissor group is detachable lame by lame, that is, each lame can be dismantled independently.
• Top and bottom suction cups for sachet opening, to ensure its perfect opening before the blowing station.
• Special walking beam design, a completely innovative system designed by EFFYTEC to obtain a higher speed, about 20 % more than any of our competitors.
• All frontal jaws are easily removable WITHOUT TOOLS. This saves a lot of time for the Operator when cleaning them.
• No mechanism under the filling area, so there is no chance for dirtiness caused by droppings. Besides, as it is an open area, it is really easy to clean.
• Minimum number of holes in the front plate. This allows the machine to be always clean, besides improving its efficiency.
• Cheaper spare parts because of our less structure and constant supervision of prices and manufacturing process. Besides, our machines consume less spare parts than other alternatives, due to the fact that Effytec has eliminated complicated parts which caused too much friction or effort. As a result, we have LESS FRICTION, LESS EFFORT, SMOOTHER MACHINE AND LESS SPARE PARTS CONSUMMED.
• One of our highlights: PATENTED LOW INERTIA CAMS OF EXCLUSIVE EFFYTEC DESIGN WITH DOUBLE ROLLER AND DOUBLE RESSORT SYSTEM OF MINIMUM EXTENSION.
  This provides a smoother machine movement and guarantees there is no possibility of braking / stopping in this important area.
• Our strongest point when making stand up pouches (Doypack): Patented sealing system composed on 3 sealing jaws to seal three times all around the doypack bottom and vertical seals (3 complete seals) which guarantees a 100 % sealing integrity, thus avoiding microporos and product leakages. It allows and guarantees following processes of retort and pasteurization.
  This sealing system makes Effytec machines the most suitable ones for packaging liquids, sauces, pre-made food, soups, petfood, appetizers, as well as any product feasible to be packed in.

 

All above items are standard in all EFFYTEC machines. But apart from them, we can also offer a wide range of sophisticated optional items which are not available in other alternatives, as for example:

 

• AUTOMATIC FILM SPLICER: That allows splicing the film reel without stopping the machine. Thus, the machine rejects automatically the sachet which has the adhesive tape.
  According to our experience, in 1 production staff 5 film reels are used, needing at least 15 minutes of downtime.
  It is a simple calculation to know how much production can be profitable. It increases considerably the performance of the machine.
• WHEELED REEL TROLLEY: Effytec can provide a very easy-to-handle trolley to carry and load a new film reel.
  This means that the trolley brings the film reel from the warehouse up to the place where the machine is installed. So, there is no need to use one or two Operators to carry the heavy film reels any more! Other alternatives can be found, but normally, they are very big and difficult to use and move.
  More a troublemaker than a help! Conversely, in our case it is a wonderful, helpful item.

Mr Jose Mª Broto, our Technical Manager and designer of our machinery; with more than 30 years in this field designing machines and finding solutions to different packaging applications. Moreover, he was one of the owners of another HFFS machine company.

 

Mr Luis Villegas, our Operation Manager; with more than 20 years of knowledge about packaging machines, first as a customer and later as a manufacturer, in several companies. He is the responsible for the whole production process, even for the machines commissioning and after sales.

 

C.I.M.A.,S.A company, from where is our General Manager, Mr José Hervás. He has a great experience of more than 20 years in the commercialisation and distribution of different packaging components. He is also responsible for our Commercial Department that close to our Sales Managers and agents in more than 50 countries is creating the efficient and fruitful sales net.
